In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy.  Read the following sections to find out more about our returns policy, or about how we secure your personal data.

Here at The Guru Coffee Co. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

The Guru Coffee Co. aims to provide the freshest, high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged.

On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.

If you’ve made a mistake or need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or mobile.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please act promptly as once items have been posted we cannot cancel or redirect shipment.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of coffee unless the wrong product has been sent or if the coffee reaches you in a condition that prevents you from safe consumption.

Returns must be requested within14 days after purchase, after which unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We recommend purchasing 70g Taster Packs of coffee until you find a coffee that suits your personal preferences.
