Can you believe we have been open a whole 2 weeks?
Ian and I would like to say a mahoosive THANK YOU to everyone who has visited the NEW coffee shop since we opened on Friday 28th October! Lots of you have returned again and again and we are so grateful for your support! We have been made to feel nothing but welcome since we arrived and the friendliness, support and the real buzz you have brought to our lovely place of work, has meant that it never really feels like work, more of a social catch up with friends old and new!
I am pleased to say that all of our equipment is installed now and we will be tweaking the menu's to offer new additions, including soup, scones and freshly baked danish pastries and croissants!
Our shelves are filling up nicely too with many suppliers being from the local area, like our delicious Goats Cheese from just 3 miles up the road at Lowick, fresh Eggs from Chatton, amazing Artisan Sourdough breads from Bread & Roses in Alnwick, the world famous Robson's Craster Kippers and smoked Salmon, Honey from Chainbridge Honeyfarm and beautiful skincare from Alnwick Soap Company and Home Fragrance from Dovecote Northumberland......to name but a few!!
